ZNX has partnered with Melbourne’s Monash University to deliver innovative ideas for business and unique opportunities for students.
The MITI program is a unique cross-disciplinary collaboration where Monash student teams engage with leading Australian and global industry partners to collaborate and design innovative solutions to real-world problems in a contemporary business environment over the university summer break.

The students were embedded within ZNX, and their client’s business United Energy, to encourage collaboration for all parties. The students were tasked with ensuring they delivered unique and tangible solutions to the project scope over a 12 week period.
The project aim for the students was to develop a tailored software solution. This was achieved through:
MITI industry partners have reported many benefits from participating in the program. For ZNX, the program is a solid fit with their business plan to partner with external parties for innovation, will sow the seeds for a ZNX graduate program, help build on the relationship with the client, and deliver tangible systems improvements.
